The apartment is available throughout the
year, with the normal rental of a week. Extra days are possible. Rental is 770 euros per week for two adults. The rate includes everything
but outgoing portable telephone service. Wifi
internet access is included for Macs and PCs. A stay from four to six days is 125 euros per night. Normally I live in the studio next door, and am available to answer questions to make your visit to Paris more pleasurable. The apartment is my home when it is not rented ( I rent it for up to 10 weeks a year).

of 50% of the total is due then, with the balance no later than eight
weeks before the date of arrival (funds in U.S. dollars by check or
money order payable to David Witter). Refunds are given with eight weeks
advance notice.
